Since most transactions happen through informal platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook, there is no guarantee that a buyer will receive the item after making payment or that a seller will be paid after shipping their product.

The Solution

This web application provides a trusted intermediary that secures the buyer’s payment until the seller successfully delivers the promised product or service. Once the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, the funds are released to the seller. This process eliminates the fear of scams, non-delivery, or fake transactions that are common in social commerce. For sellers, it ensures they are dealing with serious buyers, reducing the risk of order cancellations or fake commitments. With the layers of security and accountability, this solution fosters trust, encourage more transactions, and create a safer environment for both parties within social commerce platforms.
